Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in data collection and analysis for process improvement projects.
- Support the mapping of current state processes and the documentation of new procedures.
- Participate in shop floor activities to observe and identify areas for operational enhancement.
- Help in the preparation of reports and presentations on project findings and recommendations.
- Conduct research on new tools and techniques relevant to industrial engineering.
- Provide general support to the industrial engineering team as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
