About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Industrial Engineer to join their team in Norwich . Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in data collection and analysis for process improvement projects.
• Support the mapping of current state processes and the documentation of new procedures.
• Participate in shop floor activities to observe and identify areas for operational enhancement.
• Help in the preparation of reports and presentations on project findings and recommendations.
• Conduct research on new tools and techniques relevant to industrial engineering.
• Provide general support to the industrial engineering team as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
