Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of manufacturing processes to identify potential improvements.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Help in the development of process documentation, including flow charts and standard operating procedures (SOPs ).
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Participate in team projects focused on improving workflow, productivity, and safety.
• Conduct workplace observations and assist in the implementation of workplace organization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
