Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis of manufacturing processes to identify potential improvements.
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Help in the development of process documentation, including flow charts and standard operating procedures (SOPs ).
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Participate in team projects focused on improving workflow, productivity, and safety.
- Conduct workplace observations and assist in the implementation of workplace organization strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in an industrial setting.
- Good observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
