About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion of engineering tasks.
- Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems and components using advanced engineering principles and software.
- Oversee the validation and testing of prototypes and production units, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and implement them to enhance product performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Extensive experience with 3D CAD modeling and advanced simulation techniques (FEA, CFD).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from start to finish.
- Expertise in selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for diverse applications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
