Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion of engineering tasks.
• Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems and components using advanced engineering principles and software.
• Oversee the validation and testing of prototypes and production units, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including R&D, production, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Extensive experience with 3D CAD modeling and advanced simulation techniques (FEA, CFD).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for diverse applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
