About the Role
Our client is searching for an innovative and experienced Lead BIM Architect to spearhead their digital transformation initiatives within the architecture sector, operating in a fully remote capacity. This critical role involves defining and implementing BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration and data management. You will lead a dispersed team of BIM specialists and technologists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's BIM strategy and standards across all projects.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of BIM professionals, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to protocols.
- Oversee the creation and management of BIM models for various architectural projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure effective BIM implementation and data exchange.
- Drive the adoption of new BIM technologies and workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
- Provide technical expertise and training on BIM software and processes to internal teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in architecture with a specialization in BIM management and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Revit , Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant BIM software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
