About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document the technical architecture for all new blockchain projects and enhancements to existing systems.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies to meet business objectives.
• Oversee the design and development of robust smart contracts, distributed applications, and other blockchain components.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the blockchain network and associated applications.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on blockchain capabilities.
• Mentor and guide a team of blockchain developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in software architecture, with a significant focus on blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies .
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain frameworks (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Ethereum Enterprise).
• Strong understanding of consensus algorithms, distributed ledger principles, and cryptographic techniques .
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex software development projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
