Key Responsibilities
- Define and document the overall blockchain architecture , including network design, consensus mechanisms, and data models.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant blockchain platforms and applications.
- Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools for specific project requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to blockchain development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of security best practices throughout the blockchain development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in software architecture, with a significant specialization in blockchain technology .
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale blockchain solutions.
- Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polkadot) and their trade-offs.
- Expertise in cryptography, distributed systems, and consensus algorithms.
- Strong experience with smart contract development and security best practices.
