Operating in a fully remote capacity, you will be instrumental in defining the technical vision and strategy for our blockchain ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies and a passion for shaping the future of finance and digital assets, contributing significantly to the company's long-term technological objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions and platforms.
Define technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies for blockchain projects.
Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain technologies and frameworks for various use cases.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of architectural designs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and architects in the blockchain domain .

Requirements

Extensive experience in software architecture , with a significant focus on blockchain technology.
Deep expertise in various blockchain protocols, distributed systems, and cryptographic techniques .
Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain networks.
Experience with smart contract development and security best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
