Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for all blockchain-related projects.
Lead the research and evaluation of new blockchain technologies, platforms, and protocols.
Develop best practices and standards for blockchain development and security.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and secure distributed ledger solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

Extensive experience in blockchain architecture and development.
Deep understanding of various blockchain technologies, consensus algorithms, and smart contract programming.
Proven ability to design complex, enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Cryptography, or a related field is highly desirable.
