Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in chemical engineering , including significant leadership or project management roles.
• Deep understanding of chemical process design, scale-up, and plant operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams.
• Expertise in process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, essential for a hybrid role in Leeds .
