Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation, design, and execution of large-scale chemical engineering projects.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of chemical engineers and technicians.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis and optimisation to enhance plant efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) with a degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in the chemical industry, with a strong track record of project leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in process design, scale-up, and troubleshooting of complex chemical systems.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with advanced simulation tools and data analytics for process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at remote collaboration.
