About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security tools, including firewalls, WAFs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems.
• Develop and enforce security architecture standards and best practices across all IT projects.
• Manage security incident response activities, ensuring swift and effective resolution of breaches.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Mentor and guide a team of cybersecurity engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity engineering and architecture.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex security projects.
• Expertise in network security, application security, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and identity and access management (IAM).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
