Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of complex mechanical systems and components.

• Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones using digital collaboration tools.
• Oversee the testing and validation of prototypes and production units to ensure performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in CAD/CAE software (e.g., CATIA, ANSYS).
• Exceptional understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
