Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing project execution from inception to completion.

- Conduct advanced engineering analyses, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), to optimize designs.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to improve product reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in mechanical design, engineering leadership, and project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in CAD/CAM software and advanced simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to guide technical teams.
