Our client is seeking a meticulous Legal Advisor specializing in Regulatory Compliance to join their team in Liverpool, Merseyside, UK . You will provide expert advice, develop compliance programs, and monitor regulatory changes to safeguard the organization from legal and financial risks. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret relevant legislation and regulatory changes impacting the company's business.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
- Advise business units on regulatory requirements related to their operations and activities.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or relevant legal professional with at least 4 years of experience in regulatory compliance or corporate law.
- Solid understanding of UK regulatory environments and compliance frameworks relevant to the industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and conducting risk assessments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
