About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, managing shipments, and liaising with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely pick-ups and deliveries across various modes of transport.
• Track shipments in real-time and proactively communicate any delays or issues to stakeholders.
• Manage documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and proof of delivery.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments, external carriers, and clients to resolve logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities using the company's transport management system (TMS).
• Assist in optimizing routes and transportation costs to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics coordination or similar role.
• Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) and shipping software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
