About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers to assigned routes, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor driver locations and progress in real-time using GPS tracking and communication systems.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during transit, such as delays or vehicle breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing clear instructions, updates, and support.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of dispatched vehicles, routes, and delivery times.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistical flow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and remote communication tools .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a remote environment.
