About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and manage delivery schedules remotely using specialized software.
• Monitor driver progress and provide real-time updates and support via phone and digital communication channels.
• Optimize delivery routes based on traffic, weather, and delivery priorities to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all dispatched shipments, driver activities, and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders regarding shipment status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical challenges or driver issues promptly to minimize disruption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, dispatching, or a similar transportation coordination role.
• Excellent understanding of route planning software and dispatch management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
