Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of current business processes across various functional areas.

- Design and implement new process solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Create performance metrics and dashboards to track process effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operations consulting.
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques.
- Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; certification in Lean Six Sigma is a strong asset. li>
