Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify areas of inefficiency, redundancy, and non-compliance.

• Utilize methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to drive efficiency and quality gains.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting or a role focused on process improvement .
• Proven experience with process mapping, analysis, and redesign techniques.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in client-facing situations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
