About the Role

Our client, a dynamic management consultancy, is seeking a proactive Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to join their team, remotely or based in Nottingham . You will partner with clients to analyze their existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficient processes to drive productivity and reduce costs. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker dedicated to optimizing business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and document optimized processes using best practices and relevant tools.
• Develop business cases for process improvement initiatives and quantify expected benefits.
• Implement new processes and provide training and support to client teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or a similar role.
