About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to join their dedicated team in Nottingham . This role is crucial for helping clients streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs through optimized processes. You will work hands-on with client teams to analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design and implement effective process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented consultant to make a tangible impact on client performance and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and map future state workflows.
Design and document optimized business processes using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Develop implementation plans and support clients through the change management process.
Measure and report on the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client staff on new processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, or business analysis.
Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a project-driven environment.
A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
