Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., web analytics, CRM, social media, ad platforms).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with marketing teams to define measurement frameworks and ensure data accuracy.
Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst , Marketing Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software.
Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
