About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join their data-centric team in Leeds . You will play a vital role in interpreting complex marketing data, transforming it into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance. This position requires a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis, a deep understanding of marketing metrics, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, and campaign platforms.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within marketing data to inform strategy and optimize future campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing and other analytical experiments to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Stay current with industry best practices in marketing analytics and data science.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts, metrics, and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
