Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for media inquiries, responding promptly and accurately.
• Develop and pitch compelling story ideas to relevant journalists and media outlets.
• Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media briefings for company spokespeople.
• Write and edit press releases, statements, and media kits.
• Monitor news and social media for mentions of the company and relevant industry topics.
• Build and maintain a strong network of media contacts across local, national, and trade publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media relations or a PR role.
• Demonstrated success in securing positive media coverage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
