About the Role

Our client is seeking a responsible, experienced, and energetic Nanny to care for their two young children (aged 3 and 5) in their home in Bradford . This position involves providing full-time care, including preparing nutritious meals, organising stimulating activities, managing school runs, and ensuring the children's safety and well-being at all times. The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, and possess a genuine love for children, with a commitment to fostering their development and creating a nurturing home environment. You will work closely with the family to establish routines and provide consistent care, becoming a trusted and integral part of the children's lives, helping them to explore, learn, and grow in a supportive and loving atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for two children aged 3 and 5 years.
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks for the children.
• Manage daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, nap times, and bedtime.
• Ensure the children's safety and security both inside and outside the home.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the parents regarding the children's progress and day.

Requirements

• Previous professional childcare experience as a Nanny or similar role, with excellent references.
• Paediatric First Aid certification is essential.
• Knowledge of child development stages and appropriate activities for toddlers and preschoolers.
• A patient, kind, and responsible personality.
• Ability to create a fun, stimulating, and safe environment.
• Must be a non-smoker.
