Nanny

About the Role

Our client is seeking a nurturing, experienced, and highly reliable Nanny to care for their two young children (ages 3 and 5) in Portsmouth . This is a live-out position requiring someone who can provide a safe, stimulating, and loving environment, manage daily routines, and support the children's educational and social development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine passion for childcare, fostering a positive and enriching experience for the children.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities, including educational games, crafts, and outdoor play.
• Manage daily routines such as meal preparation, naptimes, and bath times.
• Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments.
• Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times, maintaining a secure and hygienic environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's progress, behaviour, and any concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role, with excellent references.
• Strong knowledge of child development for toddlers and preschoolers.
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to drive and a clean driving license.
• Excellent communication, patience, and a genuine love for children.
