About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Offshore Installation Manager to lead complex installation projects within the Oil & Gas industry . Based operationally out of Plymouth , you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely execution of offshore construction and installation activities. This leadership role requires exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of offshore operations, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. You will oversee all aspects of installation campaigns, managing diverse teams and ensuring project objectives are met on budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of offshore installation campaigns, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures offshore.
Manage offshore construction teams, subcontractors, and marine assets to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement detailed installation procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

Extensive experience (e.g., 10+ years) in offshore construction and installation management within the Oil & Gas sector .
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale offshore projects.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of offshore installation techniques, equipment, and marine operations.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) and offshore survival training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
