About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role is critical in driving measurable growth through paid acquisition channels. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies across PPC, paid social, and other performance-based platforms to achieve key business objectives such as lead generation and customer acquisition within budget. You will work closely with the marketing leadership and data science teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness from your remote work location.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Manage and allocate the paid media budget effectively to achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and landing pages.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid acquisition channels.
- Proven expertise in managing large budgets and delivering strong ROI across multiple PPC and paid social platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing software.
- Excellent understanding of campaign tracking, attribution models, and data analysis.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
