This fully remote position allows you to work from your home base in or around Bristol, South West England, UK , connecting with clients virtually to understand their travel needs and preferences. The ideal candidate has a deep love for travel and a talent for creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements for domestic and international trips.
• Design and present bespoke travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, tours, and activities.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, visa requirements, and local customs.
• Book travel arrangements using various booking systems and manage client reservations.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after their trip.
• Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry regulations to offer the best advice.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role within the travel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UK destinations and popular international travel routes.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and GDS systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
