About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize various pharmaceutical dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules, injectables).
• Characterize drug substances and excipients to understand their impact on formulation performance.
• Design and conduct stability studies to assess the shelf-life and degradation pathways of drug products.
• Utilize formulation development techniques and technologies to enhance drug bioavailability and efficacy.
• Collaborate with analytical development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
• In-depth knowledge of drug delivery systems, excipient science, and dosage form design.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment used in formulation and characterization studies.
• Strong understanding of GMP principles and regulatory submission requirements.
