Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of large-scale transportation infrastructure projects, including highways and public transport systems.

- Oversee the management of project lifecycles, from inception and feasibility studies through to construction and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, government agencies, and contractors.
- Conduct rigorous quality control and assurance processes, ensuring all designs and constructions meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and sustainable practices in transportation engineering.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with significant experience and professional accreditation (e.g., CEng).
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading complex transportation infrastructure projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of network design and traffic engineering principles.
- Proven ability to manage substantial budgets, project schedules, and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Proficiency with advanced transportation modelling software and GIS tools.
- Strong understanding of national and regional transport policies and environmental legislation.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
