Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with significant experience and professional accreditation (e.g., CEng).
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading complex transportation infrastructure projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of network design and traffic engineering principles.
• Proven ability to manage substantial budgets, project schedules, and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Proficiency with advanced transportation modelling software and GIS tools.
• Strong understanding of national and regional transport policies and environmental legislation.
