You will be responsible for researching market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to guide acquisitions and disposals. This role requires a strong financial acumen, excellent analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will play a key role in identifying profitable ventures and mitigating risks, contributing directly to the firm's investment success and growth across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify potential property investment opportunities.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals, including financial models, risk assessments, and projected returns.
- Analyse economic indicators, demographic trends, and local market conditions impacting property values.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide recommendations for optimisation or divestment.
- Collaborate with acquisition teams to underwrite new deals and conduct due diligence.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior management and investment committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as an Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role within the real estate sector.
- Strong financial modelling skills (Excel proficiency is essential) and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent understanding of real estate investment principles, market dynamics, and valuation methods.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation and reporting for Leeds .
