About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join their reputable real estate firm. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage a diverse portfolio of properties from the comfort of your home office. You will be responsible for optimizing the performance of the properties under your management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing returns for property owners. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance of a portfolio of properties, including rent collection, budgeting, and expense management.
• Manage tenant relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing issues promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations, working with external contractors and service providers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of the portfolio and implement strategies for improvement.
