You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Working entirely from home, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse portfolio performance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast portfolio performance and value.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on market fluctuations.
• Collaborate with asset managers and property managers to gather data and validate findings.
• Support strategic planning and investment decisions through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Portfolio Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within real estate .
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and analytics software.
• Excellent understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment principles.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in a fully remote setting.
