About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Real Estate Transaction Manager to lead complex property transactions for their expanding portfolio, based in or near Nottingham . This critical role involves managing the entire transaction process from initial negotiation through to completion, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and optimal outcomes. You will work closely with internal legal teams, external counsel, and various stakeholders to facilitate seamless deal execution. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
- Lead negotiations on purchase agreements, leases, and other transactional documents.
- Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring all legal, financial, and physical checks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with internal legal counsel, external lawyers, and other advisors to ensure smooth progress.
- Coordinate with finance teams for funding, closing statements, and post-transactional activities.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transaction-related documentation and communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Manager or in a similar role managing complex property deals.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate law, transaction processes, and due diligence requirements.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions.
- Proficiency in legal documentation and contract review.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, coordinating efficiently from Nottingham .
