Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare specifications for materials, finishes, and building systems.
• Coordinate technical designs with project managers, consultants, and site teams.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide solutions for design challenges during the construction phase.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with building regulations and industry standards across the UK .
• Maintain project files and databases with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Architectural Technologist .
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit is essential) and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage workload independently.
