Remote Automotive Electronics Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Automotive Electronics Engineer to join their forward-thinking engineering division. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic hardware for automotive applications, including ECUs and sensor interfaces.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and perform hardware simulations and testing.
• Integrate electronic components and systems, ensuring compliance with automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262).
• Troubleshoot and debug electronic hardware issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and firmware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive electronics design and development.
• Proficiency in schematic capture tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and PCB layout.
• Solid understanding of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Experience with hardware testing methodologies and debugging tools.
