About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and user-focused Remote Automotive UX Designer to join their innovative team, working entirely remotely across the UK. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for automotive infotainment systems, driver displays, and connected car features.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency across all automotive products.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in UX design, automotive HMI, and digital product innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with specific experience in the automotive or complex digital product sector.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills and the ability to create compelling user interfaces.
