This role involves providing personalized guidance and support to clients seeking to improve their overall well-being, focusing on holistic approaches that integrate beauty, nutrition, and lifestyle. You will empower individuals to achieve their health and beauty goals through virtual consultations and tailored action plans, working autonomously in a flexible, home-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their beauty, health, and wellness needs and goals.
• Develop personalized coaching plans that may include skincare advice, nutritional guidance, stress management techniques, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients through online communication channels (video calls, email, messaging).
• Educate clients on holistic wellness principles and the connection between internal health and external appearance.
• Track client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Certification or qualification in Health Coaching, Wellness Coaching, or a related field.
• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
• Proficiency with video conferencing software and other digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote client base effectively.
