Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
• Create, manage, and coordinate complex BIM models from concept design through to construction documentation.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across project teams.
• Collaborate remotely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and processes to project teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in digital design and delivery.

Requirements

• Professional architectural qualification (RIBA or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience using BIM software , particularly Revit, in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate large-scale BIM models.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
