Remote BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Remote BIM Coordinator to join their forward-thinking construction technology team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all relevant project phases.
• Manage and coordinate 3D models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to identify and resolve clashes proactively.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders using BIM platforms and collaborative tools.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate reports and visualizations from BIM models to support project decision-making and progress monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction or architecture industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Strong understanding of BIM standards , LOD requirements, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex digital models and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
