About the Role
Our client is looking for an insightful Remote Blockchain Researcher to join their forward-thinking team. This role is dedicated to exploring the cutting edge of Crypto & Blockchain technology, identifying emerging trends, and assessing their potential applications. You will conduct in-depth analysis of new protocols, cryptographic techniques, and decentralized technologies, providing valuable insights to inform our product strategy. This fully remote position allows you to contribute from anywhere within the UK , working autonomously and collaborating with a global team of experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research into emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and cryptographic methods.
- Analyze the feasibility and potential impact of new decentralized applications and concepts.
- Prepare detailed research reports, whitepapers, and presentations on findings.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and academic advancements in the blockchain space.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate research insights into actionable strategies.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with new blockchain developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in research or analysis within the blockchain or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and decentralized systems.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly.
- Experience with academic research methodologies is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills for remote work.
