Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sourcing and purchasing process for designated spend categories.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
• Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost reduction and enhance supplier performance.
• Monitor market trends and supplier activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and supplier agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Buyer or Category Buyer, with a strong understanding of procurement principles.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiating contracts and achieving cost savings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
