Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical leadership and support for the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in yield, energy efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Conduct virtual process hazard analyses (PHAs) and contribute to safety management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with site-based engineering and operations teams through digital platforms for project execution and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and best practices for global implementation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians remotely on complex process challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Significant professional experience (7+ years) in chemical process design, development, and optimization, with a proven track record of remote collaboration.
• Expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus) and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of process safety management (PSM) principles and hazard analysis methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and digital literacy skills, essential for remote work.
