Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex chemical processes from conceptualization to full-scale implementation.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis, including simulation, modeling, and data interpretation, to identify areas for enhancement.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Ensure all processes are designed and operated in strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and presentations for management and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with a focus on optimization, scale-up, and project leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, UniSim) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of reaction engineering, thermodynamics, separation technologies, and process control strategies .
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively in a remote setting.
