This role focuses on diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electronic systems and components from a distance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of electronic systems, circuit boards, and control units.
• Analyze performance data and error logs to identify root causes of electronic malfunctions.
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable technical guidance to field engineers for on-site repairs.
• Develop and update technical documentation, diagnostic guides, and repair procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on product reliability and design improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of remote support activities, resolutions, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or in a similar diagnostic role.
• Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuit analysis, and component-level troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators).
• Experience with remote diagnostic software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively support technical teams and clients remotely.
