About the Role
Our client is looking for an accomplished and strategic Remote HR Business Partner to join their organisation, supporting teams across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to shape and implement HR strategies from a distance, focusing on aligning people initiatives with business goals. You will act as a key advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on talent management, organisational design, employee relations, and change management, all delivered through remote channels. This is an ideal position for an experienced HR professional who is adept at building relationships virtually and driving HR excellence in a fully remote setting, while contributing to the success of operations supporting Norwich and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organisational objectives and growth.
- Provide expert advice and coaching on complex employee relations, talent management, and performance issues.
- Lead and manage significant organisational change initiatives within a remote framework.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to ensure the attraction and retention of critical talent.
- Drive the implementation of HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and developing a high-performance culture.
- Utilise data and analytics to inform HR strategies and measure their effectiveness.
Requirements
- Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, with a proven track record of remote effectiveness.
- Deep understanding of UK employment law and best HR practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership remotely.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage change successfully.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent extensive experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
