You will provide expert advice on talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, and change management. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Lead talent management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Drive employee engagement strategies and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide expert advice and coaching on organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner , with a strong track record of strategic HR leadership.
• In-depth understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Experience in talent management, change management, and employee engagement.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent is essential.
