Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission automated systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA software.
• Develop and implement innovative automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for automated equipment and systems.
• Collaborate virtually with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to define automation requirements and project scope.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including P&IDs, electrical schematics, and programming code.
• Stay current with advancements in robotics, AI, and industrial IoT to propose and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation engineering , with a strong focus on PLC programming and system integration.
• Proficiency with major PLC brands (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote capacity, managing tasks and collaborating digitally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to automated systems.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration with diverse teams.
