Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimized workflows and production layouts for remote oversight.

• Collaborate virtually with on-site teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective remote collaboration.
